Connection requirements: To connect a smartphone to the e-bike equipped with the Hyena riding assist system, through the Hyena Rider Assistant, and access all app features, the following conditions must be met: Genuine Hyena e-bike system kits including all components utilizing the HAP 2.0 protocol, and featuring a Bluetooth integrated HMI (such as LED Multi, LED Chip, LED Compact EX).

Bike Overview – Manage your e-bike and smart parts effortlessly: Riders can easily connect to their e-bikes to monitor the status of all components and update the drive system firmware directly from their smartphones.

Dashboard - Personalized cycling computer: The Hyena Rider Assistant offers riders a comprehensive source of information during their bike rides. Riders can choose from 15 different informative cards to display on the dashboard, including current speed, average speed, odometers, and range.

Range Map - Smart ride planning: With the "Range Map" feature, riders can plan their cycling routes based on the remaining battery level and assistance level. The map also highlights nearby bike service stations, allowing riders to locate the most suitable shop using filters.

Bike Reviews - Data Analysis: Riders can review detailed ride data following their trips, including weekly, monthly, and annual overviews of ride and health status, historical routes, and more. All data is securely stored in the cloud database.

Notifications: Stay informed about regular maintenance reminders, new system firmware updates, and system errors. Important information about your e-bike will never go unnoticed.

Siri Shortcuts: The Rider Assistant supports Siri Shortcuts, offering riders a swift method to execute actions on the e-bike using the app.

Enhanced security: When utilizing Hyena iLock, riders can unlock their e-bikes using face ID, voice control, a passcode, or opt for passive unlock mode. Upon smartphone connection to the bike within a 2-meter range via Bluetooth, the e-bike will automatically unlock itself.

Innovative comfort riding experience: With Hyena iShift installed, riders can customize gear settings through the app. During rides, the derailleur will automatically adjust to the appropriate gear based on real-time riding conditions sensed by the e-bike drive system.
